Justice for my Sister Trauma Informed Storytelling - Program Evaluation

Thank you in advance for taking our survey. We will ask a few questions about you and would like to have your open and honest feedback about your experience with the Trauma-informed Storytelling Training. Your information will be kept private in an online database where no one who knows you will analyze all of the feedback together.  All of the information you share will help us make future programs better and assist Justice for My Sister in keeping this program running. Once your survey data has been analyzed, it will be kept in a password-protected account for 12 months then permanently deleted.
